Termination / Ending Our Work Together

We hope our partnership runs smoothly, but we understand things can change. Here's how we can end things if needed:

• You can end anytime — Just give us [30 days] written notice (email is fine). We'll wrap up what we're working on fairly and stop there.

• We can end anytime — We'll give you the same [30 days] notice if we need to step away.

• If there's a serious issue (like missed payments or a big unmet commitment), either of us can end things faster after giving written notice and a reasonable chance (usually [10–15 days]) to fix it.

• What happens when we stop —

  • You'll only pay for the work we've already completed and delivered (plus any agreed expenses up to that point).

  • We'll hand over everything we've finished or partially finished that you've paid for.

  • We'll work together smoothly to transition anything needed (knowledge transfer, files, etc.).

  • No surprise early-termination fees unless we've committed major resources upfront (we'll always discuss and agree on that clearly in advance).

This keeps things flexible and fair so you never feel locked in, while giving us reasonable time to plan. If your needs change, just let us know—we're here to make the process easy.
